2012 Utah Innovation Awards

The LiveWire Innovation SparkChaser was a finalist in Computer Hardware/Electrical Devices category of Utah’s 10th annual Premiere Innovation awards program. LiveWire’s VP of Operations, Mike Masquelier, accepted the award, and was able to demonstrate the next generation of TDR technology to other innovators at the event.

The 10th annual Utah Innovation Awards, presented by Stoel Rives LLP and the Utah Technology Council, recognized significant innovations and the Utah companies that created them. The program is designed to draw attention to the high level of innovation taking place throughout the state.

More than 320 individuals attended the 2012 Awards Luncheon at the Marriott City Center, with a special appearance by US Senator Orrin Hatch.

The 2012 Utah Innovation Awards program was supported by a group of key local business organizations. The 2012 Steering Committee, which consisted of leaders from the technology and business communities, provides program organizers with general program guidance.

AMC & Upcoming Boeing TwinJet Fleet Team Meeting

We were recently at the AMC in Anchorage, Alaska which was hosted by Japan Airlines. The conference focused on improving maintenance and reducing costs, and we were able to demo our SparkChaser & FaultChaser electric fault locators. The AMC contributes to increased reliability and maintainability which results in reduced operating costs for avionics and other aircraft electronic systems. These contributions are achieved through the internationally acclaimed Avionics Maintenance Conference and the development of technical standards.

If you were at the show, and would like to get in touch…we would love to speak with you.

If you missed us at AMC, look for us at the upcoming Boeing TwinJet Fleet Team Meeting in Long Beach, California May 21-23, 2012. The purpose of the Fleet Team Meeting is to gain customer agreement on the identification, prioritization, and resolution of several fleet wide technical issues, which are intended to provide significant cost benefits to the fleet.

We look forward to meeting with you and hope to speak soon. For a list of upcoming events, visit this page.
